Offer: Get up to $3,000 in Equipment credits! Upgrade your business with point-of-sale technology, sign up for a new merchant account with The Merchant Card Group, choose qualified hardware, and receive up to a $3,000 credit to offset startup costs. Terms and conditions apply.

Promotion is valid exclusively for new or current merchants establishing a new processing account with The Merchant Card Group who have not previously held an active account or processed transactions through our underlying network architecture. All merchant accounts are subject to formal underwriting and credit approval. Selection or purchase of hardware equipment does not guarantee account approval. Equipment will only be shipped following final account approval.

To qualify for the up to $3,000 promotional credit, the merchant must fulfill all of the following criteria:

• Submit an official account application directly through the TheMerchantCardGroup.com representative.
• Purchase a qualifying point-of-sale hardware device alongside an active software subscription.
• Activate the account by successfully transmitting a settlement batch of $25.00 or more in gross sales within thirty (30) calendar days of the account approval date.
• Process a minimum of $10,000.00 in total valid card transactions within the first four (6) standard billing cycles.

Additional platform, application, or network fees may apply depending on the software configurations selected. Eligibility determinations reside at the sole discretion of The Merchant Card Group. Limit of one (1) promotional credit per corporate entity or unique business relationship.

This offer cannot be combined with any other active discounts, processing rate matches, or hardware incentives, and is subject to modification or termination without prior notice. Execution of this promotion requires a mandatory 3-year standard merchant processing contract. All standard terms, conditions, and early termination policies apply.

For virtual-only configurations approved without hardware components, the base monthly software fee is waived for the initial ninety (90) days. Following this trial period, the standard Virtual Terminal fee will bill at $14.95 per month unless an alternative software or processing plan is active. Trial parameters, durations, and monthly subscription costs remain subject to change.
